Weddings in Melbourne
Wedding cars that keepthe day on time.
Royal Baron Chauffeurs provides chauffeured wedding cars across Melbourne: the couple, the bridal party and guests, moved between home, ceremony, photographs and reception. We plan the day from your run sheet, build in buffer time, and hold the car between stops so nobody is ever waiting on a driver.

Built around your run sheet, not a pickup time
Send us the schedule — hair and makeup address, ceremony, photographs, reception, and what time the couple wants to leave — and we build the driving around it. The car stays with you for the block you book rather than disappearing between legs, so a late hairdresser or a long receiving line does not cost you the photographs.
We deliberately build buffer time into Melbourne days. A Saturday afternoon in the CBD, an event at the MCG or a closure on Punt Road can add twenty minutes to a ten-minute leg, and a wedding is the wrong day to discover that.
Photograph stops around the city
Melbourne gives you a lot to work with, and your photographer will usually want two or three stops between the ceremony and the reception. The Carlton Gardens and the Royal Exhibition Building, the Fitzroy Gardens, the Royal Botanic Gardens, the laneways around Flinders Lane, the Brighton bathing boxes and the Yarra promenades are all regulars.
Tell us the locations, or ask your photographer and forward their list. We will sequence them sensibly, allow for parking near each one, and keep the car close enough that the bridal party is not walking far in heels.
The whole party, not just the couple
Bridesmaids and groomsmen, parents, and older guests who should not be finding parking — we can run several vehicles to the same schedule, or shuttle guests between the ceremony and the reception in a people mover. Tell us the numbers in your enquiry and we will work out the fleet.

Questions people ask
How far in advance should I book a wedding car in Melbourne?
As early as you can, particularly for a Saturday between October and April, which is Melbourne's busiest wedding season. Enquire as soon as your venue and ceremony times are set, and we will hold the date while the details are finalised.
How many hours do wedding bookings usually run?
Most Melbourne weddings book the car for four to eight hours, covering the trip to the ceremony, photographs and the transfer to the reception. The car is held for you across that block rather than released between legs.
Can the car take us to photo locations between venues?
Yes, and it is how most of our wedding days run. Give us the list from your photographer and we sequence the stops, allow for parking and keep the car close by at each one.
Can you transport guests as well as the bridal party?
Yes. We can run a people mover for guests between the ceremony and the reception, or several vehicles to the same run sheet. Give us the passenger numbers in your enquiry.
Can the car be decorated with ribbons?
Yes, with ties and ribbons that do not mark the paintwork. Mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm what works on the vehicle allocated to your day.
